Some email list users not receiving email




With the huge problem of spam in todays world many ISP and free email companies are becoming more and more restrictive with emails.  It is not uncommon for email send from a mail list from a small domain to be automatically thrown in the spam box or maybe even not delivered at all.  

 One way you can ensure your email lists get delivered to all your members is to enable some security features that help identify where the email is coming from as a legitimate source and not just "Spoofed" to look like it came from somebody reputable. 

You can enable this by going to "Email Authentication" in your cPanel and enable SPF and Domain Keys.  These are relatively new features to cPanel and you may be able to find more information about these features by searching Google.
